György Baráth – Baráth and Partners Private Investigator Agency
Majority owner and managing director of the Baráth and Partners Security Consulting and Private Investigation Agency.
My career in a nutshell:
After my high school and college education, I served in the Hungarian People’s Army as part of the professional military personnel between 1975-79. I was then transferred to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, first to the Military Counterintelligence Department (BM III/IV), then to the Department of Counterintelligence (BM III/II.). After the fall of the communist regime, I served in the Information Office of the Republic of Hungary until May 1994 in various specialist positions.
From 1995, I worked as an independent security advisor before acquiring my personal private investigator license in 1998. After which, I established the Baráth and Partners Private Investigator Agency in 1999, then the Baráth and Partners Security Consulting and Private Investigation Agency in 2007, following internal restructuring. I am majority owner and managing director of the agency.
Studies
I graduated from the Faculty of State Security of the Police College in 1980, then the department of General Intelligence of the Miklós Zrínyi Military Academy in 1987 (faculty “D”).
I successfully passed a Russian language exam in 1980, and one in English in 1987.
